  • Special Hotel Rates for Festival Guests

  • Entry
    • Entry for pre purchased ticket holders, please enter through the parking lot entrance Main Gate as noted on the map.
    • Tickets purchased online are for Single Use entry only, no food is included with your entry ticket.
    • Food must be purchased directly from the individual food truck vendors while at the festival.
    • VIP ticket holders stop at ticket booth to receive your VIP wrist band, drink and dessert tickets.
  • Do you accept credit cards?

    The Bars and Beverage stations are now Cashless.


    Yes, we do accept credit cards, and ATMs are available for cash in the Edwards Building.


    All individual food, crafter and vintage exchange vendors will accept cash or credit as well as at both entry box office entry points. The festival bars and beverage stations are credit card only.

    • Limited complimentary onsite parking is included with the admission ticket

    • On-street parking is also conveniently located around the Franklin County Fairgrounds

  • Bag Policy

    Bags may be subject to search, No Backpacks or compacts permitted. Clutch size and clear see through bags are permitted.

  • What Is Not Permitted at the Festival?
    • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult of at least 21 years of age to enter
    • No alcohol unless purchased inside the festival
    • No hard-sided coolers
    • soft-sided insulated bags larger than standard 6-pack size
    • No fireworks of any kind
    • No peddling or soliciting inside festival grounds
    • No smoking is allowed under any tents or in any buildings at the festival
    • No firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind
    • No other weapons permitted
  • Pet Policy

    The Columbus Food Truck Fest is a great place for people but not for pets. Heat and crowded conditions make the festival a stressful and potentially unhealthy place for dogs and other animal companions. We love pets too and that’s why we ask that you leave yours at home!

  • Re-Entry Policy

    You may not  exit and re-enter the festival.

  • May We Bring Chairs, Blankets, or Tents?

    No chairs, but feel free to bring blankets as we have over 160 tables spread around the festival.

  • Is the Festival Wheelchair Accessible?

    Yes: handicap parking is available in the main lot with a pre purchased ticket while spaces last. If handicap spots are full and you still require parking assistance please ask one of our parking lot staff and we will gladly assist.

  • What Should I Do in the Event of an Emergency If I Am On Festival Grounds?

    In the event of an emergency, information and instructions will be announced on stages and PA system. In addition, we have Red Cross First Aid in the center area of the festival across from the Burke Building.

  • What Should I Wear to the Festival?

    Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. We suggest bringing aprons or shirts for all that spilt food truck food! Don’t forget your sunscreen.

  • What Kinds of Guest Services are Available on the Festival Grounds?

    • Information Tents:: for on-site questions, lost & found, or to simply learn more about the food truck festival just visit our ticket selling booths and ask our friendly volunteers.
    • In the event of an emergency: information and instructions will be announced on stages and PA system. In addition, we have Red Cross First Aid in the center area of the festival across from the Burke Building.
  • Is there a festival lost & found? Whom do I contact?

    Yes. Lost items may be turned in at any of our ticket booths. Lost items will be kept for 30 days after the festival. To inquire about lost items after the festival please contact us.

  • Food Allergy Disclosure

    Allergy Warning: Food Truck Menu items may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts, shellfish, milk, gluten. Ask the food truck staff for more information.

  • Alcohol Policy
    • You must be at least 21 years old to purchase spirits, and at least 19 to serve alcohol for on-site consumption
    • We cannot sell alcohol to people under 21
    • Ohio does not allow returns or refunds on unopened alcohol
    • You must present a valid photo ID to purchase alcohol
