Join the team that helps bring the Columbus Food Truck Festival to life. As a volunteer, you’ll support a beloved community event, meet amazing people, and play a vital role in creating a smooth, fun, and memorable experience for thousands of guests.

Where You’ll Serve

Volunteers may be placed in one of the following key areas:


  • Ticket Sales – Assist guests with purchasing and scanning tickets.
  • Beer Pouring – Collect beer tickets, pour beverages, and help with keg changes as needed.
  • Water & Soft Drink Service – Help distribute non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Event Greeters – Welcome attendees, answer questions, and help direct festival traffic.
Volunteer Perks

All volunteers receive:


  • Complimentary parking for the duration of your shift
  • One meal ticket to enjoy a participating food truck
  • Two non-alcoholic drink tokens
  • Official festival volunteer tee shirt
Health & Safety Note

By attending the Columbus Food Truck Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, which can lead to severe illness or death. We encourage all attendees and volunteers to follow current Franklin County and CDC guidelines.

Important Application Notice


Participation is subject to approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. Volunteers must meet all event requirements, deadlines, and operational standards outlined in this application.


Acceptance Notification


Volunteers will be notified of acceptance status by May 15, 2026.


Event Disclaimer


This is a rain or shine outdoor event. Festival organizers are not responsible for sales volume, weather conditions, attendance fluctuations, or individual vendor performance.


Agreement Acknowledgment


By continuing with this application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the festival’s terms, policies, and requirements, which will be presented in full within the application.


Indemnification & Liability


Volunteers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival organizers and affiliated parties from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation.


Volunteers acknowledge participation is at their own risk.


By submitting this application, you accept these terms as a legal and binding agreement.
